Not really, it made game really easy. İn this days, actually minigunner was really good choice for templar, also mortar. Mortar was really usefull too. Now minigunner is bad and mortar is useless .

Old templar posed more of a threat than today's Templar tbh. He was slower I'll give it that but what made him unique was the damage limit that limited around 1-2 (idk I forgot). He was annoying but he was pretty fun to deal with ngl. Edit: last mention, outlaw spam was almost completely useless against him so the only thing that could stop him was minigunner spam since his firerate was very high
