-I have reviewed the upcoming patch notes.- -📉 Nerfs: Adaptive Helm, 6Sugarcraft- -📈 Buffs: Level 8 4-cost appearance rate, Bard, Gwen, Rakan, Titan’s Resolve-- This composition is already very strong, and it will become even better after the patch. In China, Sugarcraft has been popular since the start of the season, but it wasn’t as popular on the KR server. However, it seems that the pick rate for 4Sugarcraft has significantly increased recently. -After the patch, you can give Gwen Bloodthirster and Titan’s Resolve instead of Adaptive Helm- -(After playing post-patch, it feels like Gwen is now positioning too safely, which ironically reduces her AoE damage, making her feel weaker overall. Bloodthirster, Deathcap, and Blue Buff still feel the most effective)- -This strategy is not only very effective but also ⭐incredibly fun⭐ Try it out in normal games or on a secondary account to get a feel for it. I highly recommend this strategy.- -Although I only showed 4 players in the video, many players have climbed the ranks using the 4Sugarcraft one-trick strategy.- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 09-20-2024 Additional Comment: A Challenger player with 1000 LP, who previously made a lot of progress with this strategy, is now struggling with Gwen’s AI changes. They are having a hard time dealing enough damage due to Gwen’s AI, which has caused them to underperform. It seems wise to be cautious about using this strategy until Gwen’s AI is reverted.

Thank you got first w this comp haha. Got lucky and got 2 spat and made sugarcraft emblem and played 6 sugar craft 3 preserver. Was so strong I also hit max stacks. Caretaker was a really good tip. I just kept pushing my momentum and I eventually beat everyone.

I’ve noticed that two builds are being researched, one that gets 300 or 400 points with Chem Baron and wins. So, when I got Smeech during a Creep round, I decided to try that strategy, and I ended up getting 500 points, making it way too easy to win first place. I’ll try it again next time, and if I see solid potential, I’ll share it. For now, though, I’ve put it on hold since it’s a risky strategy.

I forced this comp 14 times and ended with a average of a 3.28 placement. I got 4 1sts and 4 of the games were bot 4 (2 5th's and 2 6th's). It feels fairly consistent even if I don't hit 4 sugar craft until level 7 it still did ok. Main problems i had were people contesting units whether it was mirror or just other builds that run some of the units so sometimes I had trouble 2*ing the 4 costs. One mistake i made was slamming adaptive and gargoyle early on then never finding another cloak for BT. Feels really bad when you don't find any healing items for your carry. Carry positioning also feels a bit confusing as i tried to figure out how to make gwen/fiora kill their corner carries but it feels kinda random.

I’ve heard that with the recent patch, Gwen’s AI has changed, and instead of penetrating, she just attacks the tankers, which can be quite frustrating. It seems that giving Gwen Blue and Death items to boost her damage is crucial. Thank you so much for playing a lot. I will strive to provide more diverse information.

@@PoolpartySONA Thanks for the video. It's a pretty fun comp to me because i enjoy sugarcraft alot. Climbed to diamond with a 3.1x average on last 20. I noticed probably close to half my first places have me hitting gwen 3* since people are not playing her (since she sucks according to meta) i'm often uncontested. Usually, top 4 is attainable with pretty normal 2* comp but 1sts are usually 3* gwen or maybe the lobby just is lowroll and 2* morg is enough. Post patch i've been trying to make items closer to metatft's list rather then slamming adaptive which feels ok but not great after the nerf.

Since the recent patch, Gwen seems to only look for very safe spots, so while her damage was buffed, there are claims that her mechanics result in less damage. I’ll look into whether there are better strategies.

The general rule of thumbs is you can level if it left you with atleast 30+ golds, have a good unit to add, and can help you win some fights to continue streaking into neutral. Never dip below 30+ golds when leveling.
