Hello, I am from Vietnam, I happened to know about shifting and wanted to try it. I have been practicing for many days and have succeeded twice. Yesterday, when I shifted as usual, I saw things around me when I closed my eyes for a while, I saw my room very clearly... I also don't know what it is, but if it's a symptom, it's really annoying, because I can't focus on imagining Dr when I see everything around my cr so clearly. I was surprised why I could see everything so clearly around me while I closed my eyes, what is that?

Use Musi!!! You can watch all the KZbin vids you want on there without being interrupted by a ad (like they do have adds but it’s silent ones that doesn’t interrupt what you listen to)

*Not so important Part:* So first I want to say that this helped get a clear location of where I wanted to shift to, and it helped me focus on it (I even thought I smelled baked goods for a quick sec when she asked 'do you smell something?') Anyways after the meditation I was satisfied cuz I still believed that I was there for a quick sec and that was because of the images that popped up in my head that had to do with the reality I was shifting to that I didn't know before (IT WAS LIKE A BIT OF EXPLORATION OF MY DR SELF and the things she does). After the meditation I just laid there with my eyes closed (yes there was an ad around the mid of the vid but it was okay I just skipped it) *Important Part:* I literally went unconscious and then suddenly I was aware but not of my CR yet... There was a voice communicating with me (IT FULL SOUNDED LIKE IZUKU MIDORIYA and I SAW A VISION OF HIM, THIS FELT AS IF WE WERE HAVING TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION OF SOME SORT), I think we were speaking about shifting, I think it was about choosing which reality I wanted to go, while showing me like a small part of how it would be like (I think I interacted with one of the realities that was being showed since it supposed to be similar to my CR) And anyways I suddenly felt close like we were actually going to the final go through and suddenly I hear a voice! It was my sis asking me "Are you looking at me?" *I clearly wasn't my dear, I was facing straight ahead while laying down and she was at the side* (She said that to me around 3:50/51, I'm Muslim so it was during Fajr...early morning prayer) BUT 'YES!!! I RECOMMEND THIS INTERACTIVE MEDITATION *EVEN IF YOU DON'T SHIFT IN THE MIDDLE DOESN'T MEAN IT WON'T HAPPEN AFTER THAT!!*' Have a lil faith in you💓💫

Hey Reya I really need advice. So basically I can't meditate. My family is loud so I can't during the day but during night time I can't either because I get sleepy easily and I can't focus on meditation because my brain immediately forgets and when I do a guided meditation, the sound turns into background noise. So what am I supposed to do? When I do actually meditate, I relax so much and you have said before that it really helps. But I really feel like I just can't meditate I've tried multiple times it's not working I have such a short attention span

Ok so I had to take like a pause 11 minutes into it because my chest was not exactly hurting but it felt like the adrenaline your about to feel when you get into a very high speed attraction? Like i could visualize so well and felt such vivid emotions and felt really overwhelmed like I want to shift So bad but this made me realize how scared I am so ima do it as often as I need to (maybe 1 or two more times?) until I get comfortable with being scared (like I try to tell me it’s like an attraction sure I’m scared it’s fast and scary but I decided to get on it and I now I will be safe during and after and I just need to let it happen)

Hey I know you probably won’t see this but if you do hi I’m Annabel and I have a few questions I need to ask about shifting before I do for the first time, firstly can I go to ANY reality for example I would love to go to my favourite Netflix show ‘free rein’ , secondly I don’t get when people say you can have a safe word to get out of your desired reality so please could you give me a better explanation of it, thirdly timing I don’t want to be in there for a while because if my family in my cr find me that won’t be good because I won’t respond I think? , I’m so worried I won’t come back from my shift. short answer: yes! long answer: if you script that they exist in your DR exactly as they do in your CR, still yes, because just like our consciousness is shared throughout our infinite selves, so is theirs. they might not be aware of it, but if you do script/intend for your DR that they are the exact same as your CR, then yes, that’s exactly what will happen. I know this because I script that I have my CR bf in basically all of my DRs and that he is the exact same, and it works for me. I hope this helps!

hey, so just wanna help, ur not dumb ur totally fine, but shifting is not related to demons, (unless that has something to do w your dr, like if you’re shifting to a dr with demon characters or something) but shifting is completely safe! you won’t get demons from doing it. I don’t know about astral projection, but from what I personally believe, it is not possible to accidentally astral project while trying to shift if you do not have the intention to, again, shifting is completely safe. hope this helps, happy shifting!
