Your scarf should 100% be all damage, and it depends if u want a mix like I have between a balance, then skill cd on crown and odm damage on scarf. But if u want purely just damage, keep it All odm damage

Personally,i roll one stat on crown for cooldown,thats because second stats on cooldown dont depends to much,i tested it and two roll cooldown better than one for like 1-2 seconds,i dont think its worth to lose 10-13%dmg
