Guys, I just woke up. I've been listening to this all day before I slept. And I actually almost astral projected without being absolutely terrified. I've had similar semi astral projection experiences near shifting and I'd nearly piss my pants, but no. Not this time I actually woke up normally without even being sweaty, which's HUGE for me! In the dream/near put of body experience the sensations were vivid af, I called on my spirit guides and told them to help me astral project in my dream and they did. One of them, lended me a hand. I could feel their hand very vividly, I could feel everything. This is the first time I was actually excited instead of scared shitless! And it always happened whenever I tried to shift. I'd nearly astral project then freak out and wake myself up.

@amirashifter I couldn't find the rude comment I'm low key confused. I ain't saying shifting is astral projecting, no they're not the same. I'm just sharing my experience with trying to shift in my dreams it always leads me to a semi astral projection for some reason and apparently I'm the only one who gets this kind of experience while trying to shift in a dream lol💀 I'm not complaining tho but it used to scare the shit out of me. Anyways I know shifting and astral projection are different things i personally more interested in shifting but my higher self has another idea in mind💀 I'm still trying to shift if i happen to astral project lmao ain't no body stopping me

I keep having this same dream about a rollercoaster. It’s based on a green dragon. It’s fast, 75mph and 80 on drops, it has 5 loops, one of them being HUGE. It’s designed to feel like you’re flying, so you lay on your stomach on this ride. I’m trying to shift - or at least induce lucid dreaming - to go back to this rollercoaster. It felt so free, so fun, and so… peaceful.
