THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CONTINUING TJE HANDLES SERIES. I GO THROUGH EVERY SERIES AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK IN THAT 13 EPISODE PLAYLIST. At one point u had said u were only 10% done with what was left. Can’t wait to see the next 90%😉

It would be great to see the moves practiced on the balls of there feet with head up and bottom low as if you are about to explode out of the dribbling sequence at any moment. No such thing as the textbook jumper. However The essentials is to have high arc and a quick release. How you do that depends on what works best for you.

phillip goodlow Just start with stationary dribbling with your eyes up. You need to be able to control the ball enough to anticipate where it’s going to bounce. Then, try walking up down the court in a straight line with either hand dribbling then work on crossing over and changing paces up and down the court while keeping eyes up.
