I am so grateful for you and your channel. Thank you for sharing your culture and your life and your adventures! I've been to Himeji castle and it was an amazing experience! I would love for you to take us through an entire Japanese garden on video as the garden designers put so many surprises, every time you turn a corner it seems. That was my favorite thing I experienced in Japan and I miss it dearly. Thank you again for sharing so much with us all!

If you want to get fit then Miki will show you how to do a castle grounds workout 💪 The design and craftsmanship is what gets me, the rock foundations with that curve look amazing. Castles 🏰 in Japan are cool. Well done Miki 👍👍✌️

Only 12 minute minute walk from Hikone station? Perfect. Not too far yet filled with great sites and landmarks along the way. Thanks for taking us with you, Miki. I love castles worldwide. I bet it is lovely in Spring there.

That is the time to the entrance of Hikone Castle, not the castle keep🏯
@Stick-a-fork-in-Gmorks-tort Жыл бұрын
@@miki_japan I'm just glad it's not a drive or bus ride to the entrance. Very manageable and leaves enough energy to make it to the keep and surrounding areas.

Yay, another castle video! I want to check out all the castles in Japan too. Miki, have you been to Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine in Kumamoto? They said it's a power spot and such a magical, Ghibli-like place.💗

From February to March, plum flower is beatiful in castle. 冬に2月ぐらいに行くと梅の花が咲いていてきれいですよ。キャッスルロードは和菓子やアユの加工品、近江牛ステーキのレストランなどがあります。
