I mean, Horikoshi did show us Endeavor’s flashback of class 1-A walking tall as “heroes,” but who’s to say that it will still be that. Heroes vs Villains. I just hope he doesn’t rush the ending too quickly… It’d actually be kinda nice to see Izuku’s middle school classmates react to him if he does in fact “save everyone.” Because obviously the kid will be on the news and HOW could they not see him? He was extremely ridiculed in middle school, he’s owed at least that much as well.

I don't think Deku's mercy towards Shigaraki is a weakness. I suspect it will be a strength that lets him circumvent Danger Sense. It doesn't activate if there's no malice behind incoming attacks. And my leading theory is that Deku will ultimately let OFA get stolen so a vestige of Deku will end up inside Shigaraki who will find and "rescue" the scared child at the core of Shigaraki's being.

It’s the end of the series. Literally the final fight. Deku isn’t going to fail because there’s no time left for another arc or character arc of “learning everyone can’t be saved”. Or “the guilt of innocent people dying” He already knows this in the dark deku arc. And it’s at the point where if he doesn’t talk shigaraki down, how else is he gonna win? People act like he’s purposefully not killing him as if he is even able to. Shigaraki is almost beyond killable at this point. It’s not a matter of deku being “naive” it’s a matter of if he can or can’t. If he can, Japan is saved. If he can’t, Japan is doomed. There’s no defeating shigaraki at the stage deku is in right now. And since it’s the end of the series in a shonen. He’ll succeed or just narrowly avoid the destruction of everything by getting through to him

This entire series has been pushing by the idea of hope and deku is meant to be horikoshi’s idea of what the concept of a real hero is supposed to be. We’ve been *shown* that it’s someone who wants to save everyone. Someone who tries to put people at ease, *and* someone who understands that the world isn’t black and white so not everyone can be saved or reasoned with. He learned this in the previous arc already and there’s no time left for him to learn it again for no reason

@@Tsurugi-cm1vf - When Shig first tried to take OFA, there were no vestiges. There was a Battle of Wills against Shig and Deku. Deku ended up winning that battle, and Shig could not take OFA. Then there was this infinite stamina regeneration, which does not make sense. Shig never had that power to begin with. He only had that destroying type of quirk. AFO did not have the regeneration, so where did Shig get that? It would not be part of his quirk factor for destroying things. He got a OP new quirk, out of nowhere with no side effects to anything. Finallly the growing of hands and body. I could see this as part of his destruction or something from the AFO quirk. That could make sense, seeing how we see AFO use something like it, a release of every quirk factor. There are two things that seem to come out of the bloom, the immediate taking of the power of OFA, skipping the battle of wills; and the infinite regeneration with no draw backs.

This is my leading theory too. More specifically, Deku allows OFA to be stolen. All the vestiges end up inside Shigaraki. Including a vestige of Deku. This vestige is able to reach the scared child at Shigaraki's core and finally break his hatred.

What would happen to the person who stole them?” Then the question was posed again when Quirk factors rebelled against AFO and he had to actively suppress them again. The writer clearly wants us to consider the possibility, or they wouldn’t have made such a big deal of each instance of it occurring.

What if the stockpile actually further enhances the strength of the remaining quirk factors? I suggest this idea because there is one less quirk factor to divide up the accumulated power among and it was stated that the accumulated power will not decrease even when a quirk factor is lost. Of course, I understand that I am assuming that the increase in quirk factor strength within One for All is a result of a division of the accumulated power within it, so I could be missing the mark here. That said, if this assumption is true, it is possible that Deku's remaining quirk factors could strengthen as their numbers decrease.

One interesting thing to note about All for One is that he shot a spike at Katsuki despite saying he was unable to use his Quirks because they all rebelled against him. Does this imply that All for One’s mother was the only vestige that didn’t join in that rebellion and that she, being the oldest vestige within him, supported him from birth up to his very last moments? Deku first used Gearshift during his fight with a quirkless Shiggy he turned it off and caught his breath when Gentle and Nagant showed up. He used briefly to boost Bakugo then turned it off. Now he is using it for a third and final time against Shiggy who is now able to use his quirks. It has not been on the entire time.

In honesty even if Hawks ends up Quirkless he still has the last laugh on All for One If it weren’t for him being a double agent with the LoV, Tomura would’ve been awakened unhindered, the PLF would’ve grown in numbers, All for One would’ve possessed him and later go on to steal New Order and One for All before the heroes even knew what was going on behind the scenes. He may have lost his Quirk at the moment but he’s still alive, unlike a certain wannabe demon lord. Just to add more salt on the wound Hawks could always get his Quirk back as Eri trains to control Rewind, the same Quirk that ended up killing AfO.

This feels like Aang vs. Phoenix King Oozi where everyone is telling the hero to kill the villain but ends up finding an alternative solution like removing the powers or something. I mean that's fine but there's gotta be a point where trying to "save" the villain has to come at a cost, trading life for a life wouldn't work here as Deku is still a child and no one should expect something like that. Losing the very powers you deserved doesn't work here either as they already made a point that Deku wouldn't be able to stay a hero after this fight anyway. So my prediction is both OFA and AFO will cancel each other out in some way, the Eri reconnects both Shigeraki and Deku back to the powers but at a clean slate. The problem with Shigeraki is how unstable he is and giving all of AFO will break him because Deku will be included in the Quirk as well save the child inside Shigeraki causing his body and Quirks to stop functioning until Eri rewind Shigeraki back to before he got the Decaying quirk and Deku to the day he got OFA. Giving Shigeraki AFO with zero other Quirks to interfere with his mentality, and Deku will be like the first user except he gets to keep all the stockpile strength as that's part of the core of the Quirk. At least that would make sense to me.

Deku's dad just might come during the battle at Mt.Fuji, and if he does, I'm willing to put out there that the lava fields inside the volcano will give his Fire Breath a power boost that'll at least stall Shigaraki for a little bit until help arrives. Or maybe we'll see Shinsou or perhaps Monoma and Aizawa make a reappearance- though Shinsou is the more likely option here, considering that he hasn't been captured by any villains as far as we know.

He already did in the previous arc. The series is in its final run of chapters. He isn’t going to re learn this because there’s no time. He’s going to succeed because there’s no way for him to win otherwise. It’s so much less of a question of whether he should or shouldn’t kill shigaraki, but a question of if he even can at all. If talking doesn’t work the series will have a “bad” ending. And this is a shonen so at the worst it’ll likely be bittersweet. So he’ll succeed

One thing I can say is that shigaraki is great villain I love how we see him transform from a week man child from a destructive overlord me and some of my friends were talking and we decided that black clover demon slayer and my hero academia are the mini trio in the new gen the reason why jujutsu kaisen is not in it is because it's already apart of a trio which is called the drak trio and it is the king in that also jujutsu kaisen is the best new gen right now in my opinion it's on another level 😂 but out of all of the 3 black clover is my favorite

Here’s some threads that could play out soon Stars and Stripes was placed into a random thug and could come back into the fray Shigi has evolved as a human due to his quirks and has become something more and while his evolution was artificial in part deku as his more natural counter could be the first naturally evolved human in response to all the pain and suffering he’s endured since gaining ofa and from the battle. We’ve seen everyone with natural quirks evolve so I makes sense deku would evolve himself to face shigi.

Imagine we end up with a quirkless Izuku in the end. Pros: He CAN be a hero like allmight without a quirk and it's very narratively satisfying. Cons: This will be the strongest he'll ever be.

I bet it's more like shigaraki unlocks the ability to just take quirks from folks regardless of touching them with maybe stealing blackwhip, takes every quirk, and deku has to convince him to give up the power or he'll die, something something forgiveness, and deku with all that work he's naturally put into his body versus all the modifications shigaraki's taken, absorbs all the quirks and after some struggle, stabilizes.
