I don't know If I see that. Sometimes phil throws some goofy looking moves like Amir, but he has amazing flavor and character! Phil is definitely hard to win against.

I think, that is because Phil is improvising while performing, unlikely Shigekix, I know that Shigekix is well trained, it seems that he trains his moves, like constructive way, like a sequence of moves, he memorizes that moves while training and tries to make them perfect, and when it comes to perform he just repeats them and tries to repeat them as perfect as he can, on the other hand Phil’s way of thinking how to dance is different, because The method of training he has is improvising I guess, that is why he has a flow.
