I must be doing something wrong. I have been spending an hour every evening brushing out and combing my Shih Tzu who is 11 months old. Every morning she wakes up with snarls in her hair. When I take her to the groomer, the groomer shaves her down because she’s so “matted” despite all my hard work. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @@christym.814 As this is an older video repeat your question under one of Suzanne's latest "live" clips. Please bear in mind the time of year and how busy Suzanne will be so there may be a delay with her reply. In the meantime do you bathe her yourself? An after shampoo conditioner might help her coat, as well as drying her thoroughly and brushing her completely after the bath. Do you use an anti-static or conditioning spray on her coat when you brush her? Static is not our friend.
