Неплохо неплохо я бы сказал проще утка по пекински но с простым деревенским ощущением вкуса с великолепными грибами шиетаки выращенные на пнях это просто тонкий аромат натурального гриба

Что самое интересное, то в подобных видео дети едят то, что и взрослые, даже несмотря на тот фактор, что практически все блюда для нас мега острые. Дети не капризничают и не качают свои права, типа хочу или не хочу. Такие приятные семейные обеды/ужины, очень бережное отношение к продуктам. Если бы у меня была дача (или свой дом), то я непременно построила бы себе такую же кухню, с таким же чугунным казаном. Я влюблена в такие видео. Смотришь, и на душе становится мирно и спокойно.

I'm always fascinated with how the cooking is done, and I have so many questions on how that cooking station is set up! The ingredients look delicious though, and I was enjoying watching them...until the frikking 1 kilo of chilli, lol! Holy shit! So much chilli! These people's sinuses must be as clear as a whistle! Pretty sure my head would explode if I tried that! I like spice, I just can't handle heat too much. Apart from that though, it looked lovely! I always enjoy your vids, Yu! Not sure if you take for granted the heavenly wonderland you live in there, but it's very beautiful, and you're very lucky, and I wish I had that sort of space to just grow stuff like that. I'm trying, but the soil is super poor here (white shale clay) and it's a struggle. I love your mushroom patch too! Thank you for sharing your little patch of heaven with us. It's so dreamy!

Unless it was added super recently, (like after your post) you can just turn on subtitles on in the settings. They're totally there! I make sure they're on in all vids like this. This one 100% has english subtitles, I promise! I saw them coming up throughout the video! Just look for the little cog symbol, which is where all the settings are, including subtitles.

You're probably eating too much of the noodles or rice, and therefore, starches, and THAT will put weight on you fast, if you have no means to use it in daily activity. Try ditching any grain products, and just stick to nice clean meat and veggies. You can have as much of those as you like! Oh...and sugars...also bad. Try to cut out as much of that as possible too, and watch the weight fall off! :D Natural sweeteners like honey, is fine though.
