Mother bird is neurotic, there was definitely not enough food coming into this nest. She should have went to go get food more instead of just looking out the window. It was hot enough weather that the chicks didn’t need to be brooded so she wasted a lot of time just standing in corners of the nesting box or just starring at the wall.
