I have to say that this is my top favorite song of the album. This song helps me grasp how desperate of a situation Samus is in with The Nightmare on the loose. Considering how torn up Sector 5 was in just a few minutes, imagine what it could have done to the rest of the station.

Additionally it may have been able to survive in the void of space, given it was built to live in the cold, manipulate gravity, and was fully enclosed in armor. This means it could have spread the X Parasites beyond SR-338’s orbit

This is PERFECT. It mixes in the minimalism and fear of Nightmare while also adding epic latin chanting. The two aspects combine to make something truly frightening.

Flips_Bad other m was a prequel. The nightmare in fusion is a clone. And yes we do know when it takes place. That’s not even up for debate

@@novustalks7525 Or maybe there's just more than one Nightmare? They're an engineered weapon and obviously it doesn't say anywhere in fusion that this one's a clone. Or maybe it wasn't fully destroyed and can still be repaired. Wouldn't be the first time the Federation did something like that. And yeah prime 4 will probably take place after prime 3 but what makes you so sure it still has to take place before metroid 2? We literally know nothing about the game

Gosh, this would be simply incredible if they ever remade Fusion in the Prime style of games and had this play during the fight. Heck, this would have made Other M better if it had played when you fought Nightmare instead of the generic sounding song it played.

Also check out Theophany's new Album, Time's End. The one thing I notice about him is he tends to use a lot of Orchestral instruments in his music, which really brings out some of the emotion and urgency.

Anybody else feel like something as powerful as the nightmare being researched upon along with the metroids being cloned was a plot for the federation to create a terrifying situation for citizens. Imagine the nightmare being mass produced with a swarm of metroids to defend each model. Fight the federation then and they could lay waste to whatever the hell they wanted.

Omg. it sounds like an amazing fucking cutscene!!!!! Samus arrives at the Sector 5 Junkyard, in suspense as Samus has an uneasy feeling. Knowing the consequences of this thing let loose, she cautiously checks the dump. Nightmare-X awakens, senses an intruder, and starts moving about undetected. Samus hears it but can't catch a glimpse of it until Nghtmare-X ascends from the ground in front of her. She jumps back and readies her weapon. Nightmare-X roars to begin the fight. However, after listeneing to it a few times, it kind of is a little too dramatic. No offense and I understand how stressful it must be to make music or remake it.

Meanest boss ever!!! if you got a bad timing once you lost allot of life, if you where really unlucky then you could end up losing half your life. And when you did the 1% run he was the boss that made you almost throw your beloved gameboy hard into the floor. But awesome song!

Writter Gamer it was also destroyed in Other M, but it somehow came back in Fusion. Man I wish Other M never happened. The only good thing to come out of Other M was an explanation of how Ridley could be on the BSL after what happened on Zebes
