And knowing Natsuno having to lose his best friend. I really ship those two, but I can't bear to watch this anime again. This was too painful to watch. So there really is potential for there to be a "friend vs friend" psychological thriller. Plus, they mention other vampires being hidden in the city and searching for prey. So it's not like every vampire is dead.
