what plugin do you have to get that nice lighting in the caves

I use the Runelite 117 HD plugin which I'm 99% sure is what's leading to the lighting.

How do I get out of the cave with the gallows if I don't have a teleport? the rope is gone. I'm sure I'll figure it out by the time i get a reply but it might help someone else

I died and lost my Beads of the Dead. It now won't let me make a new one because it says, "I already have one of these", but I don't. I'm stuck. Anyone advice?
