Shimano DC casting battle: CURADO vs ANTARES

In this video I compared casting distance & braking power of the two Shimano DC reels. 30 lb Sufix 832 braided line spooled.
Light to heavy lures used.
Rods I picked my best NRXs, World Class, Mojo Muskie, etc.
1/8 oz Texas rigged D bomb soft plastic
1/4 oz jig+ keitech swimbait
3/8 oz jig crawfish imitation
1/2 oz Jerkbait Megabass vision 110
3/4 oz Kastmaster
1-3/8 oz size 130 whopper plopper
4 oz Magic Swimmer 9”

If no budget limitation Antares DC. Or just start with Lews BB1 pro, that one has great adjustability and casts very far after tuned in.

I feel like the Antares is way better. And more durable. The Curado was a little off concentric when retrieving after a few seasons.
