About Shimla: Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Beta, I would like to correct or inform you that Shimla's main airport is at a place called Jubberhatti which is just 20 KM away from Shimla City. It is a civil airport. However, since spread of Covid disease in 2020, commercial flights were suspended on this airport. It is a small airport capable of landing small aircrafts having capacity of 42 passengers. Recently the length/breath of this airport has been extended and if all goes well, the commercial flights will be resumed by the end of August, 2022 itself. Thanks for your blog, I first time watched it on KZbin, your presentation is quite good, keep it up. In your vlog, you might have referred to Annadale Helipad in Shimla. This Helipad is in the possession of Indian Army and they are maintaining this helipad and using the same for their own purposes. This helipad is also being used by the government for ferrying VVIPS through helicopters. It is just a helipad capable of only landing small helicopters.

Nikhil, if u want to visit Shimla and see mandirs there. I will tell u about these mandirs. First and foremost, u should start ur journey by paying visit to Shimla's famous Kalibari Temple. It is a must visit temple in Shimla, it is at just 5 minutes walking distance frm the famous Mall Road. Then, there is world famous Hanuman Temple at Shimla's highest peak called Jakhu. It is about 2.5 to 3 km away frm the Ridge Maidan and approachable by road either walking on foot or taking a car or taxi. There is also cable car service available to visit this temple which takes only 5 minutes to reach the spot. After visiting these two temples, u can pay visit to Sankat Mochan Mandir dedicated to Lord Hanuman ji, which is about 6km frm the main city. It is situated on the main road and all types of transport services are available to reach this spot. Then, on this very route, there is another temple at Tara Devi situated at about 20kms away from the main city. This Mandir is dedicated to Goddess Tara Maa. This Mandir is also situated at a hilltop and hence the visitors feel enthralled while enjoying all round picturesque views including sunset surrounding this place.
