What is the 2BR house rent in theog. Planning to shift from Gurgaon to Himachal for some vegetables farming purpose. Or any other area you can suggest. My preference is good road connectivity and good internet facility. Also what would be the rental for 1 bigha land for vegetables farming. Right now I am in mashobra for this purpose. But here rental is also very high and not available flat land for farming.
