Vo apko itne jada amnt pr apko apni property dega k ap uske liye mehnt kroge ...khrche pure krte krte preshan ho jate ho... Loss k jada chance hote hin kyuki tourism h to competition bhi bahot h or 12 months same bussiness nhi hota ... Mere hisab se 12 months ka rent 1 short me dena ...stupidity si hi hai.. Delhi me bussiness bahot easy hai... Delhi me 1+2 scheme me bahot achha hotel mil jata hai ... Mtlb yahan 12 months ki nhi 3 months ki investment h bss... 25 rooms ki property h ...agr 10000 rent h to total investment 7.5 lac h ... 1500 ka room tariff charge krte ho ap ... Approximately 50000 per room apko kma kr deta hai... 25 rooms 12.5 lac ka bussiness...isme se rent nikal do 2.5 lac or 50k salary 25k electricity bill 25k misleneous charges...3.5 lac khrch krne k baad bhi 9 lac apko bcha ...ap or jada nikal do agr lgra hai k khrcha jada hoga ...1.5 lac or nikal do chlo... Last me 7.5 lac to profit hua per month ... Investment 7.5 lac ... 7.5 lac per month per month ... Delhi me bussiness 12 months equal sa rehta ...apko kuch bhi puchna ho puch lena ...
