Base Ghidorah loses to Shimo with high diff, only an Amped Ghidorah would be able to put up a fight with Shimo, the outcome would be unclear and the biggest factoe wouks be mentality. Monster Zero does not have a chance against Shimo unless he is in amped form lol..

Shimo and Ghidorah are both consistently stated to be relative and it’s been said that shimo is at Ghidorah level but not above him. Ghidorah obviously wins off of Hax and abilities. Shimo is weaker than a full power evolved Godzilla (Spiral) who is comparable to early nuke amped Godzilla (No data has been gathered for the later stages of nuke amp aswell as burning since the Argo was damaged and had to go) Ghidorah with his x100 amp( said to have gotten 100x stronger in the novel) is above Godzilla at this stage so that would mean he’s stronger than shimo
