However, it could be a good thing because they’re only learning about his techniques from his base form. It’s how he test their strength they go all out using their full power when he’s actually just sizing them up when powers up they either lower badly or learn to evolve it like he’s teaching them that’s why many fighters begin to respect him after fighting.

This make sense if this is the saiyan saga goku with only kaoken. In the street fighter 2 movie it is shown that Ryu has a power level of over 3,000. We could assume the evil form is probably a 2x multiplier for Ryu which makes him on par with Akuma...which could make regular Akuma have a PL of 6,000. We can also assume the shin form of akuma is also a 2x multiplier...which leaves SHIN akuma with a PL of 12,000 vs Saiyan saga Goku PL 9,000 without Kaoken...he does match Shin Akuma with Kaoken x1 and over powers with Kaoken x2 but would probably need Kaoken x3 to put him down since we wouldn't know how high Akuma can raise his power

I enjoy the Street Fighter Anime. I would say Ryu hard gets beat by Akuma. Then, he still gets beaten as Evil Ryu. I think this because Akuma decided to spare his life. However, a more pure Ryu which can use the Super Fireball is = to Akuma.

el punto del video es que shin akuma lo venció ya que goku tiene la manía de pelear sin estar serio o no hacer todo su esfuerzo por eso shin akuma lo vencio. por ejemplo en la saga del torneo del poder cuando goku estaba reclutando a majin buu y ve que mister satan lo esta entrenando deciden hacer un pequeño enfrentamiento en que si viste el anime sabes que buu le gano porque lo tomo con la guardia baja. da igual cuan poderoso seas si no vas enserio o te confías pierdes.

When you think about it Goku's not actually they're going to fight her he just usually has an overwhelming speed or strength advantage against his opponent he's a gimmick fighter.
