I've said this on other reactions, but if Sakamoto is S Tier, Shin is B Tier. He's not weak. He just looks weak compared to the strongest in the verse.

Nagumo has the same voice actor as Tanjiro (Demon Slayer) and Falco (Attack on Titan). Shin has the same voice actor as Mahito. By the way, Lu's voice actor is the same as Gabi (Attack on Titan).

Shin's power is being incorporated in creative ways. Like in casual conversations with Sakamoto, the danger sense, knowing when people lie and there are also occasions where he can't read peoples minds.
