Shin Megami Tensei 4 FINAL Boss Merkabah (CHAOS) [MASTER]
First time playing through SMT4 series.
This game has been recommended to me multiple times.
I've decided to exclude the additional choices from the main story and just keep it full top screen (Beside in Boss fights). Every option I choose are CHAOS answers.
Pre-ordered a 3ds built in capture card a while ago 2016 (February) from Keity, but it takes around 5 months for them to make/ship it (I received it July 8th). Originally I had a 3ds XL just for this game, but the screen on a handheld device was just way too annoying to play on, and I'm not a fan of that but now I can play 3ds games on a monitor/tv with a lot bigger screen and it's a lot better now.

I like how in the neutral ending he sounds like its his duty to defeat you, while in the chaos ending you can hear the wrath in his voice.

@@Argonisgema I think it’s an interesting reflection of Jonathan’s good faith, and Walter’s naivety. Jonathan truly believes that humanity’s purpose is to help others, and even he himself fought fear of death itself to believe his sacrifice was purely of good faith. Walter on the other hand is rather simple. He doesn’t particularly see the irony of having a revolution in Mikado, even though this will only appoint a new rule over the land (you are called a King in the end of the Chaos route). It’s why Jonathan is beyond belief of you destroying what he sees as virtue, and why Walter admits with sadness and irony that your primitive superiority is all that matters. SMT IV is often remarked as being too simple, but I’d heavily disagree. Walter and Jonathan are brilliant characters, Isabeau too, although you see less of her

@@drbuni I haven't played it yet, but the themes of the OST I have heard so far are some of the best of all the SMT multiverse (if you can call it that way) IMO. I hope Atlus will release someday a PC port to Steam of this game just as they have done with other of their series (such as Persona).

Gonna wait for atlus, I mean, this is the best Main Line game, If the end of the world happens, I'll do it myself But yeah, try citra and the HD texture Pack, It kind of Works at least on a graphical sense, just use a higher resolution on the graphics of the emulation to enhanec it more

I honestly think Chaos is far better ending than law, even is the world is doomed there's always a hope, law just kills it all. With chaos and people searching for a new king, someone as strong as flynnn or flynn itself could be the one who transform chaos into a fair and beautiful world

but in the Chaos route, everyone is forced to suffer until that hope emerges, if it ever does. in the Law route, the people of Mikado live in peace and harmony with the angels, praising and worshipping God. and who knows? perhaps the people of Mikado were able to live more fulfilling lives due to having direct access to beings who bear God's will.

So yes, Askeladd, you are technically right. Even in anarchy, humans do desire a leader, Lucifer says so himself at the end of the game if you went Chaos. And asks you if you want to take on the role as a leader - someone humanity can see as a challenge, as someone to best, and strive towards, a goal

0:50 It's kinda real ironic as well funny of how Hypocritical Merkabah along with all & every single one of each Angels talks big looking down to any Living Being Human or not insulting them calling that are as he says it in his words "Unclean Ones or Filth." using again him putting it "Roots of Evil, Tainted Body, Debased Heart, and Fallen Soul." When they're the ones who are the exact same they are as well as what they can will do, only so much more Worse than that what they've described, Hell even when you do or don't play through the Law route, Angels are not okay with any People/Being or Thing in their eyes they find disgusted with from Inhuman and Impure, even from Actions, but they're okay Wiping out all that Lives, Moves, Breath, Works, and goes commiting Mass Genocide. When you look thinking about it as in Mythology SMT took Inspiration getting the Legit Ideas from that, it's really pretty Accurate how all actual Angels act right now from What I've already mentioned earlier.

Probably the worst ending, this ending can be comparable to the animal kingdom. Where predator hunts prey for eternity mindlessly. While the order ending is also bad, I find it so much more appealing for in law it is where concepts such as what is good and evil can be conceptualized. Although they will live in peace and ignorance, curiosity will always find a way into humanity specially when living in peace without fear of being trampled.

That could be a good point, but we don't know for sure if the humanity from Law's ending is or not under constant surveillance by the angels or YHVH, so if they tried to stray away from the statu quo, they might actually receive some kind of punishment (or even be mercilessly replaced by a whole new humanity like in that alternate timeline you visit).
