Giving this boss three press turns made it much more annoying, he always used Tetrakarn first or second so whether he misses or not he’d always get the barrier up. If it wasn’t for Artemis’s Headcrush I’m not sure I ever would’ve beaten this fight.

This boss sucks, for me he always use the barrier on first turn so it doesnt matter if i block the attacks he is gonna always block physical anyways

It's also not scripted, he will use it if he's taken some damage and (seemingly) as many times as he wants. I'm not sure there's really a way to beat him other than Accursed Poison unless you just get very lucky. I tried attack mirrors + taunt in hopes of making him end his turns before he can go for diarahan or tetrakarn, but to no avail.

@@Renegative I used the Omagatyoki Critical, Sakanagi, withdraw all demons, then use 4 more Sakanagis.

@@laravioliiii2832 I just kind of kept going until he decided to not tetrakarn after taking some damage, at which point I could burst him down. Doing a second playthrough atm (I played the og route with a magic build), with str nahobino the boss should be much easier, assuming I fight him again instead of the alternate boss.

@@Renegative One of the first things I thought of was maximizing party Attack, minimizing boss Defense, having 3 or 4 Physical attackers with Charge/gems, using any Omagatoki skill that boosts damage output,* and going all out. Or doing something like what @laravioliiii2832 did: Omagatoki: Critical, followed by a Bucketgetter Special. *Critical, Pierce (if Tetrakarn gets too annoying), Adversity (if party is heavily damaged), Savage, Potential, Charge, Exploit, etc.

Can't wait for this boss to get nerfed, only for Megaten Bros to complain and call the game "too easy" just like when Atlus removed level scaling.

You got super lucky the boss didn't use diarahan that last turn since he had some spare turns and the seal had worn off. Inflicting seal on him is probably one of the best ways to deal with this pest since it stops him from putting up the tetrakarn barrier and from casting diarahan to fully heal himself. Such an obnoxious boss-if he had diarama instead of diarahan it'd be a lot more bearable, but a random at will full heal on a boss with 4k HP is just not a good design thing since if you get unlucky you might need to come back far far later when you can just crush him in 1-2 turns with party members 30+ levels above him

He got lucky with the accursed poison it will not always seal i did 2 times doing the fight and it put seal on him

So fricking annoying. Always casting tetrakarn on himself and heals even before his HP reaches half. I'm glad I sided with Anansi. This POS is going down.
