Obviosuly this isnt the Lowest Level you can be for this fight, but I didnt think Atlus would just drop a new Boss in this game on a random weekday lol. So while not the "Lowest Level" I can be for this boss, cause it is available as soon as you enter Taito, any future challenge runners (Low Level or not) are free to use this video's description as a basis for their strategies. Meanwhile Metaphor and P3 Reload demand $30+ for costumes and just to play The Answer lol I guess they are kinder to SMT, cause stuff like the Fiends, Cleopatra, Artemis and Mephisto were originally DLC but made free for Vengeance.
