Oh please. All the top tiers of street fighter are ABOVE city, mountain, and iSLAND busting level. Its been absurd for a long time. Its stated by oro that psycho power, satsui no hado, and every other power is simply ki with different names. Even Dhalsims "mystic abilities" are him simply using ki according to oro. Any human who can manipulate ki can learn to fly, teleport, use elements, shoot energy blasts and do other crazy shit in the street fighter world. LOL There are those that can even transform.
