ESL SC2 Masters Spring is the penultimate event of the 23/24 season of ESL StarCraft II Pro Tour: new up & coming players joining the glorious StarCraft champions are ready to compete for a $100,000 prize pool and four direct slots in the record-breaking StarCraft II Championship at the Esports World Cup with $1,000,000 prize pool. The tournament is played across three days, from May 31st to June 2nd, at DreamHack Dallas.

@gronnelg oh by far. I have long said pig is my favorite commentator. He goes out of his way to give details that others might know but might not say because it's common knowledge to them. On top of that he know most matchups super well because he's an active gm and he's close with a lot of the top players so he's able to have some insight into some of them that other might not have. For me there is no sc2 without pig

I'm honestly not sure if even Maru, or Rogue are close. Seems like the only one capable of throwing him in a loop is Raynor. Pretty sure even the likes of Taeja would get wiped... and even the one who ought not be named, Life.

I think the map pool means Oliviera and Maru both have a chance. Not that they're favored, but definitely a chance

@@calvyoel1515 Yes, but Serral is a different animal than Reynor now. Reynor's still making his comeback, but Serral hasn't been dethroned in premier events by a Terran except for Clem. Still, I'd love to see Oliveira make miracle happen again - he's certainly in a good form.

@@ClearAlera I should correct my former statement from "has a chance" to "has a real chance". Frankly Maru simply rarely beats Serral in tournament, he probably has a less chance than Oliveira to win against Serral. But yes, they both have some chance of beating Serral, just that only Clem has a real chance of beating Serral in premier events among all Terran players.

He can do his service same as other athletes where he gets some time to train and compete in tournaments. Most European countries aren't directly involved in wars and the military service isn't so critical that crippling citizens livelihoods and futures would be necessary.

I'm a single-brain-cell-terran, whenever I see my race lose I say "OP Z/P takes no skilss!!@! nerfx100" if I have few more braincells, whenever my favorite player loses, I say "my oppa only lose because of wrist pain, back broken, neck broken, nut exploded, otherwise oppa would have won! so oppa won anyway" If you compare a Terran salty fanboy to a k-pop cultist, the only difference is starcraft and music.
