지금 sm오디션 구조가 어찌 변했는지 모르겠지만 2000년대 초반엔 1차 오디션-> 심층 면접-> 2차-> 합격 구조였음 신동은 1차오디션때 개그맨 분야로 넣음( 당시에 사이트에 개그맨도 뽑는다고 적어놓고 왜 개그맨이 없지? 하는 생각에 그럼 내가 1호 개그맨이 되야겠다고 생각해서 개그맨 파트로 넣음) -> 1차 붙고 심층 면접때 춤 췄음.-> 심층 면접 합격하고 2차 오디션때 개그하는 아이돌 멤버 어떠냐고 제안해서 신동이 오케이한거였음.

I love how Eunhyuk's nod is so sincere when Hodong said Shindong is actually one of the top even among the best dancers in SM (who comes out with most acknowledged idol dancers in the industry) It's telling people that Shindong should have been appreciated for his talents. I remember many years ago in an interview, Eunhyuk said that even if he was the recognized dancer, Shindong actually knows a lot more dance genres than he does and is very creative in his choreography that even he looks up to him. But no one actually knows how genius this guy is in creative work, from choreographing dance to filming MVs, hosting shows and... predicting futures I vividly still remember the days where idols have to choreograph dance for variety show appearances and all those dance battles between the groups. SJ often emerges as winners. Even though idols nowadays can really dance, there is not much creativity and entertainment to it (and the lack of interactions btw groups on screen). Till date, Shindong is the only one who proves that size is not a determinant whether you can be a hallyu star. Update: Translation said SM's trainees follows Shindong's videos during practice. These videos were recorded by Shindong weekly prior to debut. He meant it for fun by choreographing it, he didn't know that it was used as training materials initially. Some of these had been showcased on variety shows in their early days, like X-Man. Our talented guy👍 . This episode will showcase one of the iconic "aerobic" dance that most fans know. Dance line is always based on personal preferences I think. All 3 of them have such different styles it's more just a matter of what you prefer more. But even Hyukjae has said that Shindong knows way more genres than he does and has a massive amount of creativity to put routines together. (Not that Hyukjae's can't, it's just Shindong's routines are usually more creative.) So if you're going off just knowledge alone, it'd be SD-EH-DH. Shindong is also far better at popping and locking and robotic dances - Hyukjae is like a combo of Shindong and Donghae's dance styles - he used to be a lot sharper, but I guess all that time around Donghae has smoothed his movements out a little, and Donghae just flows and adds in his fairy feet lol

Suju might look like a bunch of dorks even on stage, but when they become serious about showcasing their talents, a lot of idols will look like amatuers next to them. Tbh, i didnt even know that story about shindong, and I've been an elf for more than 10yrs. I gained another level of respect amd admiration for him.

Shindong's talent is a big slap for his haters and body shamers, saying that he is not fit to be part of suju! What a shame to those haters. Suju without shindong is not SuJu at all. Well I mean if one of them will be excluded it's not SuJu at all. They are all equally important. I love shindong in everything he does. He is a nice balance in Super Junior.💖
