@@TheBirthdayCoach and BTW, you are right about people not understanding grief or trauma till it happens to you. I must confess myself has problems being empathic, and reading in general or visual media has given me insight (and I still fumble), because these are issues that are not 'common sense' sensitive, but needs to be educated on.
