I was thinking that 10 years ago these days, Jonghyun was preparing the time capsule for Yugeun, it’s meaningful and beautiful that he just graduated on April 7th… so I made this video to reminisce those memories with SHINee appas, also to congratulate Yugeun 🌸🍀✨

Nope. Jonghyun oppa said “I hope we can watch this together” and I started bawling. Watching him in particular be nurturing and so affectionate with Yugeun showed me what a father is supposed to be, what a loving dad is. They dote and fret and celebrate new adventures and mourn the passing of simpler times because their whole heart is in it. They don’t hold affection back or use it to manipulate. He set a template for me that I didn’t have in my home, and I’m forever grateful for how he changed my life for the better. He was a truly beautiful romantic soul, I believe he’s watching over us still, free to be the wild energy he was always meant to be. 💚 I hope Yugeun ah knows his appa loved him dearly and that he doesn’t hurt too much hearing those words. I hope he remembers his appa strong, and loving and as full of passion as ever, and can see all over again how hard Jonghyun appa worked to make him happy and make him smile. As he did for us all. Exist in peace Jjong oppa, you’ve earned it.

When Jonghyun said that he's a romantic, I felt that deep down cause I'm a romantic too! I made my dad an album of memories for Christmas and I do many sentimental things. It's just very hard when others are not that way towards you. Romantics like Jonghyun deserve to be treated with care and kindness and given back equal amounts of thoughtful romantic gestures. Jonghyun is such a great person in many ways and Hello Baby helped to show that even in his early years he's been such a kind and thoughtful and loving person. If we know of any romantics like Jonghyun in our own lives we should treat them well and with care so they can feel cherished because they pour out so much love and are always thinking of others. ❤️

Kids always make their way to the most gentle hearted and loving people. I can see why he bonded with Jonghyun more than everyone and how heartbreaking to see his message where he hopes to meet the young boy at his 20th. I hope Jonghyun's mom and sister are doing ok. Stuff like this, must be so hard to see or hear about. Their son was loved, that was clear and they raised him well. He did well.

Sad that I hadn't known SHINee when they first debuted, maybe 2-3 years after but they still remain my favorite and Jonghyun has been my bias ever since then. Its so sad that he isn't here to share this memory of Yoogeun with us but I'm sure he's proud, just like we are. I can't believe he's already going to middle school. Soon, he'll actually be 20 years old just like his Appas at that time. Thanks for the video reminding us of our Shinee Appa's beautiful child. He's also a part of the Shawol family too.
