taem onew key, will settle the long high notes. there have already been quite a number of live perfs without jonghyun. in fact, theres even an mv and their whole promo period for it without him, except the last goodbye stage for why so serious. they do a pretty good job, but it will never be the same without him. plus, he was, imo, a leader for vocals, for the whole of kpop. Everytime ther is some kpop singing get-together, where other bands sing as well, he would be the high long parts or he would be sort of the main singer. if you search for some (im sorry i forgot right now) kpop heal the world or something like that, right after kwills part, taemin sang as SHINee, and then, jonghyun did the whole climax of the song,the long high part or whatever you call it. and in late 2016 or early 2017, one of the award shows, he sang alone at stage first, the whole first part, then an old man(its his song) came and sang it with him, and the rest of the idols who were perf on that day. its one of the shows that AOA seolhyun was the host for it. i forgot sorry but i hope whoever wants to find the vids im talking about will find it. stay alive and stay happy guys!

zack mabbit Jonghyun is also the director for vocalists in SM. He arranges the vocals for most of the groups. I think he's also a vocal trainer in the company. He does a lot of back end jobs since he's a professional musician not just a K-pop idol singer.

This is dead creepy. And I think the MV for Why So Serious is another sign? If you notice on the singing through the video, Jonghyun's parts are shadowed by Taemin or Key and Jjong had an accident that time. The video was made without him. Whenever I see that video I keep telling myself I have to get used to it. Thinking about this just breaks my heart even more. SHINee is five of them in our hearts and minds when they perform.

I miss Jonghyun. I imagined him as a solo artist and I think among the members of Shinee he was really the real deal. His vocal prowess, stage performances in each song is totally impressive. His vocal range in every line he sang amazing. He could have been the next G Dragon from Big Bang as a solo artist. Everything about him his aura, stage presence, even their talk on stage esp when he talked about how thankful & appreciative he was to his fans that alone can prove how wonderful & beautiful human being he was. Oh my goodness. I feel the same way about the similarities to G-Dragon. I've always "equated" him to GD and felt that he was on the same level. He could, and should, have been as big a star. For me, those two are the best artists in K-pop - the best voices, stage presence, charisma.

Yeah can see where u coming from and it was coincidental and reminding us how the stage will end up being. It’ll be hard to get use to at first but we will have to get use to it. I been analyzing thinking to myself over the decade too. That while dbsk and suju went thru a lot of media display exposure with their issues, brotherly bonds, fights, shinee was out of limelight. Their company assuming they are ok .. did not foresee this coming. Not realizing that the most hidden card was jh. 💔🌹😔 I am most devastated and still in shocked over this. Those parts are basically dance moves and chorus. But I think many are worried about his high vocal abilities that is irreplaceable in Shinee or the whole K-pop industry as a whole. That's what Minho meant by quality of their performance for the upcoming Japan concert and Taemin mentioned his lack of confidence without Jonghyun being there physically during their performance.

I have goosebumps all over, and I started to tear up immediately when Jonghyun appeared like that. I've been a fan for almost 5 years yet I'm surprised I haven't ever come across that performance. Regardless, I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this beautiful video with us. I am still at 0:41 but this is gonna be a crying moment AGAIN. His voice that I'm gonna miss. IT'S HARD guys.. it really is. (sigh). Since the passing (December 18, 2017) I can't seem to let go of SHINee old videos with Jong in it. Seriously, it makes me cry again and again. How can I stop this. This heart of mind wasn't paying much attention to him (though I liked his voice) but I used to laugh at those JongKey videos. Now it's only Kibum left. On2MinKey left... Jong is already nowhere. We won't see and hear him any longer. Everything is just sad about SHINee now. The only thing I can do for them is to pray for them to endure all the pain and loss. It will take time though but they will survive this, because they are SHINee. I hope SHINee always remember that Shawol like me has no other wish than to see them healthy (physically, psychologically, spiritually, and mentally). I hope for everyone's health too. Stay healthy and get stronger Shawols and all people who have a hard time dealing with this reality.

I honestly believe that some people can foreshadow their own death, that was told to me by my grandmother. Not trying to make anyone sad, but I believe he knew because of the subliminal messages he left in the words he spoke, or his performances. I am missing him so much. I love Shinee whether I see 4 or 5, will always support them. To me it will always be Shinee forever. When I want to hear jonghyun, I go to my Shinee playlist, and listen to their songs. I am looking forward to it too but not in every performance. Slowly we must get used to it since if we keep expecting him we keep hurting ourselves. Girl... slowly accept it.. he is not coming back anymore. It's the reality we must face. The hurtful reality. I am looking forward that in their concert this Feb will show Jonghyun's mmemories with them. it will make fans and the world go crazy but it won't be bad for now since he just left us. We just need to face the pain and loss and slowly we let go. If we keep holding onto him we are just making it harder for him to leave peacefully.
