I've always preferred BT13 Shine compared to the new stuff that dropped, I feel like there's a reason it topped a regional recently at like 3rd and basically didn't have any of the new stuff in it. Couple questions! 1. Ever miss trainings? I feel like it was such a pivotal part of the deck, but I understand with you using BT2 Shine, as well as red eggs, It would probably be difficult to choose one. I also get that Ukko is probably meant to be the replacement as well, they feeling better than trainings you feel? 2. I was going to ask before the video ended, how interchangeable BT-13 BM is for Ruin, and then I see 5 level 7s lmao Does this feel clunky for you at all? Just seems like a lot!

1. Not really. The ukkos fit pretty nicely and allow you keep up aggression with faster decks while searching for your combo pieces. 2. Nah doesn't feel any more clunky than any other Shine list I've run. You still run into issues of just not seeing your stuff despite whatever searchers you play, but I feel like that's always going to be Shine.

If it weren't for Ace cards, ShineGreymon would still be one of the best decks in the format. Even with Aces, if you can DP neg the bodies before Ace timing, they're no longer an issue.

Unfortunately not. I think if you were going to play it, you'd have to completely rebuild the deck into a stun style deck using more of the newer stuff.

What can you substitute for ruin mode if i cant get any would the ace be better

There isn't a replacement for what it does. It's getting reprinted in the LM set that comes out today.
