Shini Chan I am not sure if the problem ''ghost shots'' still remains in the game but i remember it made shotguns just about useless at that time, that and some stuttering now and then which made it hard to aim. I might have to re-download this game again just to get disappointed again :)

@Ashoni Shaders, even those with crosshairs aren't currently bannable. Currently, G1 customer support views shaders as a method to improve client performance. If they were to change policy they would announce on the forums, facebook, steam etc. Also please set up your google plus profile so I can properly reply to you.

Ashoni Kasume Yeah a lot of people don't like custom crosshairs so they like to say they're bannable. I don't use custom crosshairs mainly because of the butthurt they seem fuel. To me they're just a dot, a feature on many games like counter strike or tf2. However, I do use a shader that removes the blue tint of the game to look more vivid. kinda pointless when I make videos though, I slap color correction back on with lots more blue and contrast out the ass :P

Normally not into the long montages, but these are quite enjoyable. Made me start playing this game, currently playing for a month. Getting to gold isn't that hard is it? it's a good gun, it's not broken? I don't think the whisper was ever broken, as in bad. or if you mean broken as in op, wasn't really op since it was nerfed more than 2 years ago. HVR is still pretty worth while as a permanent gun, or the ntec/cr5.

Hey Shini, I've been experiencing alot of fps drops in random areas. An example of this would be when I'm just strolling along a street that has no one around it whatsoever. I've been using your config/other shaders to improve my fps but it seems as if I still have the problem. I've done the Windows Search thing - no effect. Specs: AMD FX-8350 4.00GHz AMD RADEON HD 7870 2GB 8GB RAM

try overclocking your cpu as much as you can, I dont know much about amd or cpus in general though. If you can "unpark" those CPUs, you should look into doing so.

CJ3 is still probably better since you'd need to hit targets at 20m+ to get the benefits of IR3. But even then the spread will be so large at 20m+ that only a few pellets will hit, negating and benefits of IR3. But conversly CJ3 does increase shotgun spread too making it harder for ranged kills. I would honestly use JG with CJ3 and a ranged secondary such as the .45, ACT44 or RSA.

You will always lag in apb no matter how good your PC is. If your main issue is explosions, you can alleviate some lag by editing the APBCompat.ini file in the APBGame/Config folder. Edit the line ParticleMaxWorldSpaceArea=xxx to ParticleMaxWorldSpaceArea=7812.5, this command is repeated 5 times, so replace whatever number you find 5 times. For example 0.0 to 7812.5

Love the Videos. I am rather new to APB however i am trying to get a feel on each weapon i really enjoyed playing with the "ATAC 424 "Watchman" however i don't see my self buying a weapon like that as a perma i rather try my luck in getting a weapon from a joker box but im pretty sure the "ATAC 424 "Watchman" doesnt drop from a Box. What would be a good weapon from the Joker boxes that is decent. I was looking at the Colby gun however i dont do well with SMG type weapons. Looking for Suggestions on a Weapon from not only Shini but anyone who reads this Comment ^^

Watchman is honestly a bad gun purely because it has cooling jacket 3 in it which ruins the accuracy greatly. Joker box weapons aren't that great, you can move them between characters and trade them for ingame money but at the end of the day, most joker box weapons are not that great. If you like the watchman, just buy the empty 3 slotted ATAC account wide, that will spawn on all characters you have made and will make. And you have the benefit of equipping the best mods for that gun that wont break it like Cooling jacket does. Other good guns are NTEC/CR5/VAS20 (CR5 is current on sale) All 3 of those guns are the same in which they're all NTEC reskins. (ignoring the scepter, PR1 and PR2 variants which are scoped ntec reskins) Star 556 has also been buffed recently, you can do well with the free stock star you have now, or buy a 3 slot version if you wish. The trick with the assault rifles is you have to tap fire at mid ranges. PMG, OCA and ACES Rifle are all good for SMG users. PMG ranking in at easiest but most random. You were thinking of the CAP40 I see, the CAP40 is a cross between PMG and OCA, but it is more of an OCA since it's reliability and accuracy is quite fair. It's basically a slower firing OCA but of course a slight damage increase to compensate. Jocker Carbine and the STAC variants are solid guns if you're good at tap fire and tracking. (Joker carbine and STAC are statistically the same) Obeya SLR-762/CR762, OBIR and HVR 762 are all solid weapons for long range. (CR762 and SLR-762 are statistically the same). HVR 762 ranking in at easiest to use.

The trick is to find a sensitivity you're comfortable at, whether it be high or low sense. I personally use a low sense with a large mouse pad. Otherwise it's pretty much just practice from then on.
