This version has too low framerate to even bother with and enjoy the gameplay (~10fps) and lot of compatibility issues with newer versions of Android. Hardly that someone will be interested in translation. There is already a more definitive version of this Shining Force on Sega CD in English (except chapter III). At its core the game remains the same. My honest opinion. But if you're interested, then the text (with opcodes) can be found in e_1.bin, e_4.bin, help.bin, etc. files in Shift-JIS (use a hex editor that supports Shift-JIS, like wxMEdit). And the menu buttons are ordinary PNG pics with transparency.
