Still good for pressuring them even if u don't consider the turret lost

Meh, kinda. She's still untouchable if the enemy doesn't have a tank like Franco or a Saber, an Eudora can also counter Fanny with the right timming. But the nerf on her energy really killed her thing, I guess it would be better if they lowered her damage on the early game and kept the energy because now you just get 1-2 kills and get out or you die.
