I didn't explain myself very well in our phone conversation. What I was referring to in the comment about looking at the "combination" was that I used a combination of your methods that you outlined in your other video. You mentioned that some guys look at durations, some guys look at valve events specifically, etc. I look at durations based off of displacement and cylinder head flow, then also look at valve events with the help of a valve event calculator so that I can calculate overlap, closing events, etc. Thanks for the spotlight!

Well done, @15:20 the air/fuel dam deflectors look great next to the plug bores. Appears they'll jet a stream of high speed air/fuel flow downward into the cylinder & the suspended air/fuel attached will be drawn along in tow by the eye of the storm. Seen some time ago, something similar was done to a Ford head way back in time by an aerospace worker, but the info was a post and very brief. I regret not trying something similar by plunging a small diameter slitting saw down my chamber in the milling machine then blending in the opposite side of plug into the chamber on my BB-2 Plus castings, back when I had them on the mill table.

Eric, once had a "radius" valve job done ( he showed me a radiused cutter ) a LONG time ago and those heads made power! PS u have a handsome boy!

Why does it appear that no two exhaust guides and surrounding port look remotely similar? Same goes for the intake guides and surrounding port work. Seat also appear funky. When you showed your cylinder head work, it looks like a fine art piece. Meanwhile, I look forward to the cam challenge coming together!! Appreciate your artisanship, Eric!! 😎

Invite a couple of the competitors to sit-in as witnesses during the testing. The extra hands might speed up the process anyway. Otherwise, just ignore the "ex-sperts". If they're not competing then they don't have the stones anyway. Those of us that have dealt with you and have talked to you know your not THAT kinda guy anyway. Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see the data!!! Regardless of who wins, the data benefits is all!!!!

Personally, I think that you and the competitors are all on the same page and in the end that's what matters. If they all feel that the competition is fair then to hell with the rest of the opinions... We all have one including this comment. I can't wait to see the results and the cam cards because I know the numbers are going to be ALL over the place.

It’s muscle man from the regular show! My kiddo and I would watch it. It was pretty funny. Cartoons around that time were pretty freaking wierd, the manager was a bubble gum machine. Adventure time with Finn and Jake was another wierd one, more towards kids though, that I can remember off hand. Think one came on right after the other.
