Can't hate swamp thing! Not too familiar with his older run, i was more a New 52 reader. Them stories were WIIIILLLD. Anyway. Yeah I really couldn't choose which I love more... but given how many damn repaints of Hedorah 1971 we've been getting, FW Hedorah might be the new favorite!

fun fact: in godzilla defense force it's revealed that showa hedorah is female and fw hedorah is male, and it's said that the red appendage appears only in male hedorahs, which implies some things

One of two things could've happened. 1. These were never candy aisle figures 2. The seller removed the candy in some way. There was bubble wrap at the bottom of the box and I'm pretty sure the figures didn't come boxed like that.

Love this Hedorah design. Really sucks that he received so little screen time but I'm glad he exists. Really hoping that Bandai gives him the best in the movie monster series line. As much as I love Final Wars, I kinda agree with your "bad takes" at 11:15-11:31. Kinda prefer to older designs rather than the new one. Rodan, Minya, and Hedorah are my favorite ones from the film and GvsGrex is pretty much my ideal Gigan design. I still love the film but I get where you're coming from.

Really hoping the Hedorah love spreads to FW Hedorah for his cinematic entry into the MMS as well. Wouldn't mind a slew of repaints for that guy lol Final Wars set the script right on a bunch of the designs, rather partial to the Ebirah used in that movie! Manda as well! I understand why people like em all, they're very cool designs and match the tone the movie was going for, perfectly! I've just more so grown tired of them or never really liked them. BUT.. HYPE IS HAD for those other new MMS FW figures on the horizon! Hopefully Bandai will complete their goals and actually do the FULL monster cast this time!

Big and sharpness it's a great figuer even now. Actually,there ls a space in the eyes where "Ultimate luminous LED unit"can be place,It can be liting eyes. I want hedorah 1971 too.
