The gloves that Geeta gave you are only worn by the Paldean Elite Four. It probably implies that she wants you to officially join the Elite Four or she thinks, since you're already very strong, is more than qualified for these gloves.

When the coach system is introduced, there is a dialogue line about bringing “any strong friends of yours” as coaches. So yeah, they will prob be there. (Penny, Nemona, Arven.)

@@cj_skywalker No, I’ve traded with Amarys and Crispin, they’ll give you a Skarmory and Magby respectively. I don’t think you have to do anything specific they will just show up after a while, it’s random.

You can also speak to the Blueberry Elite 4 students. If you battle each of them once, you get unique items, and if you interact with them 3 times, you can trade with them as well (Drayton's trade is interesting because he gives you a Duraladon with Electric Tera Type). 3 students will appear in the Club Room at a time, and they change daily. Also, just as Nemona, Arven and Penny will be added after the Epilogue, Carmine and Kieren will show up as well under the same conditions as the other Blueberry students.

Not sure if you knew about this or not but if you do the interactions with the BB elite four you can also do trades with them that counts towards the getting the 10 needed trades to do the final boss.

You speak with them three days after the third one they will offer you a trade just like the coaches you invite. You can battle them as well but I think it's not necessary to unlock the trades just to talk to them. They do give pretty good rewards for the battles though

I just think this video could bring how to trade with the elite 4 people. Cause this info isn't spread out there as the coaches. From what I saw and tested, you need to let the time on the switch pass by 3 hours (not sure if changing the time works) and left the clube room. Then the elite 4 members will change (position, dialogue or even the person) making like "a new invite". And, like the coaches, it will have an ok reward after the first battle. And a trade in the third new interaction

John you can unlock special interactions if you pair the right coaches: Drenda - Tulip The teacher (rock type) and the gym leader sister (ghost type) Hassel and Brax Iono - Larry im testing more

A little thing: the Blueberry Elite Four also count as coaches. After each battle they each give you an item. And after that they have a trade: Magby, Snubull, Skarmory and Duraludon. Their trades count to unlock the others. Spoilers: After the epilogue, Carmine and Kieran also become Blueberry coaches.

Yo @AustinJohnPlays! I have done the epilogue (don’t ask how) and I have info. The last three are, in fact, Penny, Arven, and Nemona. Nemona gives you a Paldean Tauros, Penny gives you an Eevee, and Arven gives you a hidden ability Skwovet. You do not have to do anything special to get them as coaches, you just have to catch Pecharunt and complete the epilogue. I have photos of the Pokémon if you would like to see them. You get a focus sash from Nemona, 20 Smiling Vee Picks from Penny, and the sandwich phone cases (tomato, bacon, fruit) from Arven

I have info on at least two pokemon you can isolate encounter for when you do that video those being espurr/meowstic you can isolate these two on the beach bordering the coastal and savannah biomes and in the water next to the beach you can isolate inkay you can do these with a psychic sandwhich so I hope this saves you time
