Shiny CNC - TinyCNC Aluminium Upgrade - First test cutting aluminium.

I have recently upgraded my TinyCNC to a virtually all aluminium design\construction with Lead screws instead of belts..
This is the first Aluminium cutting test with 5 mm thick bar (not very flat, flat bar unfortunately, but good enough for a test cut.)
The precision is much improved from the previous belt driven design. I still have some further calibration tweaking to undertake. I am quite pleased that the variation is under the specified size which makes me hopeful the motors are not slipping in anyway. I need to undertake a lot more testing to establish if the upgrade will provide consistent precision.
I am using a Aluminium cutting, 3 mm, single flute, flat end mill from Milo
