my goals are sometimes too high for a PPE, then I die in the next second and I have to start from 0 again :D You will get there, the game is more fun when its hard and you got dungeons to explore :)

high magic heal stat helps a lot for perma stunning on a knight and with end game items you do more damage with more magic heal.
