Except you can't even pack it with small weapons like you can with some Locusts. Although, with the mod you can put a smaller reactor in it, which makes it much more useful than otherwise.

When I have the mods going, now when you set the weapon groups in the menu instead of just the keyboard, they tell you where they're mounted, so you can do all left and all right side weapons

The Kintaro is my favorite brawling mech.. That Mech is such a brawling beast that has such great speed and punch (3 SRM 4's + 2 MPL), and good heat management.. the KTO-18 can out "Circle Jerk" any mech and run down and rip the legs off any other mech.. I hope you find and assemble one in this playthrough(you are a 'bit' far from Draconis Combine space though 🙁)..

Marik does not have a single signature Mech. They are just as crazy about PPCs and Large Lasers as the feddies are about ACs

Marik had most of the PPC production, but mostly export them out of thier space. Most marik builds for iconic mechs like the Marauder stripped the ppcs for large lasers.

So many cored Mechs. Looks like Lights are getting too fragile for the missions you're taking now.

One of the best Mechs on the table top you can get in my opinion is the 85t Stalker STK-5M ER Large Laser in the CT, 4 Medium Lasers and 2 LRM10s, half in each "Arm" and 2xSRM6, one in each side torso. And a NARC Beacon as well. Double Heat Sinks. No XL Engine. Even if you rip off both Torso Sides and a Leg, it will get up and keep shooting the ER Large at you straight across the Map all the time withouth ever overheating. And i usually get rid of the NARC and Ammo and put more Armor or Heatsinks on the Machine. And i swap the LRM from the Arms into the Side Torso and the SRM from the Side Torsos into the "Arms". And i write "Arms" because the Stalker can do the Arm Flip and bring the whole "Arm"- Mounted Firepower into its rear Arc. With my Mods that means 4 Medium Lasers and 2xSRM6 that fire into the rear Arc. That is more than most Heavies and some Assault have out front . .
