Particle effect isn't a mod it's just a particle effect from events or breeding with those Pokemon that have them

Pawniard is a pretty long hunt, I was actually below the average rate to get one here. Takes about 190k encounters there to see 27,000 pawniards, which is the shiny rate while on dono. Id say it's probably a 500hr+ hunt at least
