The Phantump reminds me of my Vivillion- I was crawling up the mountain thats by the beach of the first area of the game after checking a raid. Little did I know that a shiny Scatterbug was just waiting there at the top. And to make it even better, bro had a full odds personality mark. By far my rarest shiny so far. Pet Peeve the Grumpy
