I like Journey Together better. But obviously the cards won't be as valuable. I even like crown zenith more than prismatic evolutions card designwise.

CZ will skyrocket over time. It wad heavily printed, but its one of the best sets to open in bulk so supply will constantly dwindle, might take 3-5 years for $20 packs of CZ but itll happen.

Yes it's incredibly awful! There is no justification for the booster boxes being sold for $200. People scalped this even before they knew what was going to be in it and the reality is that this set is trash. KZbinrs hyping up a set only goes so far. The pokemon community knows what we like and this isn't it. Unfortunately pokemon is in serious trouble right now the way things are going. I generally buy $1-2k work of packs to rip per set but I think I've maybe spent a total of $500 since Paldean Fates. Pokemon has completely gone in the garbage this scarlet and violet era. Its been a complete train wreck

The smaller number of IRs and SIRs will make the cards much more obtainable, and likely less vakueable. The pull rates will be more like stellar crown. I hope they sort of keep this formula for rocket as well. No one likes having to open 2000 packs for 15 bucks a peice to get one card.

A lot of yall are going to get hurt with journey together. This set only has 6 SIRs and only 2 actual popular trainers. It’s about the size of obsidian flames and realistically will have pull rates that will be harder but idk if it’ll be hard enough to make the chases super expensive. Not a bad set but more of a middle of the park set

I’m well looking forward to the set coming out. I’m not keen on the prismatic art work. for some reson, I’m liking the cartoon style artwork on journey together. Skipping past prismatic and ordered a few journey together things instead. Including the booster box which I’m hoping has the topper card inside

Honestly I feel this set it's just a good set. There are definitely a few beautiful cards and I will most likely pick up two cases but I won't open any packs of this set. I rather sync all my money into prismatic evolutions and the inevitable team rocket set. I even think surging Sparks is a better set than this one but again I can understand the appeal it may have to some people but I think I'm going to skip opening packs for this set.

Omg your the first person I’ve seen say the same thing about some of the SARs. If they could zoom out just a bit….especially on N’s card…Would have been SO much better 😭. Literally can’t tell what they are doing lol. While the Volcanion is really nice looking….def would have thought it would be in like Heat Wave or something. And Iris and N you’d think would be in the upcoming Black & White set…Oh well lol.

There’s definitely a handful of cards I like here. Thinking I might just buy singles of this set tho. Mainly bc of the amount of cards that I really like is so minimum. Brock and Hop/Zacian are my top favorites from this set. What I do love though is all your set reviews!! Everyone gets to see all the goodies together. Cheers Vert! 😎

Prismatic overall isn't even that great a set after seeing most of it in person. It doesn't have any iconic artwork in it like Evolving did. Period. That Clefairy is better than anything in PE. Cosmic Eclipse vibes to the max.
