I remember my sister coming home some years ago with a princess bride dvd she bought, but she thought it was a romance movie... when i saw it i was "OHHHHHH! Princess Bride! this movie is awesome!" and at that moment she knew she fucked up. while watching she was half laughing and half dejected that the "sweet medieval romance drama movie" she bought was actually completely unhinged action and comedy. It's one of my core memories seeing her happy face turn into confusion and then worry as i sing the movie it's praises, as i utterly hate any type of drama.

In case Shiori sees this; when cooking any kind of noodles, you MUST put them in rapidly boiling water, and don't forget to season the water. Salt also changes the water's boiling point. Anyway, your noodles stuck together because you put them into cold water and brought the water up to the boil. I may be guessing here but there's really no other reason for them to stick together. They stick together because the heat draws out the gluten from the pasta, which is exactly what it sounds like, glue, which causes them to stick together. In rapdily boiling water, the force of the boil causes the noodles to move which helps stop them from sticking. Hope this helps, love.
