Ship part 2 - Catia v5 GSD Training - Multi section surface

Hi I have a problem at 16:37 mark when you coincidence the two lines. I try that and it doesn't work. The coincide constraint is there and when I click it the little circle next to line appears but the line doesn't move to connect with my other line. Can someone help please? Do I need to add additional plane thorugh the point?

Hi Wolfgang, great tutoria, thank you! One question: If I design an aluminium hull, I must be carefull with the surfaces I want to bend... Lets say I want to go from a 55° keel angle to 20° keel angle. Do I need to define the intersections or can I just connect the two angles and the multi section surface will have an equal distribution from 55° to 20° ? Thanks for your help!

Thanks. Sorry I can´t tell, I´m not an engineer. Just an IT-Trainer specialized in CAD. Maybe you should use the sheet metal workbench and do an FEM-analysis later.

Thanks Wolfgang great videos with teaching explanation, but what happened to your lovely voice "support". It is much better when you show how to use software and explain at the same time. It is much easier to follow. Thanks again. You are doing a great job and your videos is very helpful.

Thanks for all tutorials, they are great. I have one question. I do everything the same as you, but when I double click on Part1, my picture get gray shade. Whay is that hapening? Best regards.

+MrCeskazbrojovka Sorry, what do you mean? Maybe you switch by accident to the pan & zoom of the structure tree, so your screen will get darker. Click on the small axis system in the bottom right corner.

I means : PRM-Project resource management : defining a project file,activating a project interactively,managing project xml file,projectparameters xml file,creation/management of attributes,managing sections…..so on.
