The Ark held mostly adolescent animals. Also, there was far less speciation, and only 8 human passengers. And many animals can hibernate, keeping their care to a minimum. The Titanic wasn't engineered to be a warehouse. It was engineered to be a luxury vehicle, with almost exclusively human cargo, and safety measures in place for capacity. Bear in mind: the Santa Maria was crammed with a lot more passengers than would've been allowed today. I'm convinced some of you are willingly this stupid, because of your desperation to grasp at any straw you can find to not believe the Bible.
