I think boxes would up the user's experience, but maybe do that for very special pieces or orders that exceed an amount? I know each order should be appreciated, but I feel like if people are willing to go the extra mile to spend on either a huge order or for those special 1 of 1 stuff, maybe a custom box for those would be a nice idea with maybe a written thank you or some small gift like the shirt or a sticker. Just my thoughts, but love the vids and the dedication!
