Need d add lad of roast to marinate in special sauce and roast it in a as smoke grill or slice is 1/8 of an inch an grill it smothered in marinate sauce homemade style yummy

My Uncle, Pete StoDDarD hauled livestock out of Clarkston Washington, he was also a beef buyer for a man named Dan Vanlith, he cooked a mean steak 🥩 and would faint if he saw someone put ketchup on it!!!!! Rest in Peace Uncle Pete, miss you 😢 and hope you and my Dad are sorting cattle in heaven 😊
