Sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk are two completely different products! You must not be a baker... lol. They are not interchangeable. Sweetened condensed milk is really thick, almost like syrup & evaporated milk is more like the consistency of whole milk.

There are 2 Targets equidistant from me. I pick which one I order from because some times one store is out of what I want but the other one has it. The last time I ordered the shopper replaced my item (without asking because I would have said no thanks). Makes me wonder if they didn't go to the Target I ordered from. If the store isn't convenient for you instead of going wherever you want just don't take the order.

Good job on getting everything she wanted! This was a success story. I had a similar experience last week where the customer ordered 10 items but Shipt only charged them for 4 items (because they ignored the total items and only counted the types). After check out and card has gone through, Shipt then texts us, asking us to return all the items. When I called, they explained they have only charged the customer $30 for a $90 order so they were negotiating with the customer for the rest of the amount. Finally, I had to return everything she ordered and had to release 2 other orders!

I felt like I was training a DQ employee one day with how to package up DoorDash orders lol. He was trying to hand me a blizzard cup with no top on it plus the food bag was open. I just gave him this long look and then finally said that the order was for DoorDash and needed to be sealed properly. He then said “oh yeah!” and quickly packaged them correctly lol 😂

Around Christmas we had 3 orders one after another for Walmart pick up 2 while we were waiting at the pick up point...called to let them know we were there and were told they had been picked up?? odd...reported it, but did not even get paid for being there to pick up!

You have to do Uber shop and pay at the exact location. I got a Walgreens order that was about 5 miles away, but I was right next to another Walgreens location, so I shopped there. It let me, but after checkout it still wanted me to go to the other location. I had to call Uber and lost the tip.

2nd comment, left one of a really weird order I had with shipt. but whenever I get a weird feeling about an order, customer, or drop off and interaction I call and ask them to document whatever was going on so I cover my own butt...weird ways of putting in their apartment and number to confuse me, super weird requests, text me on this number.. so then they can't see your interaction, and they rate you low, or say they never got their order and don't get forgiveness...any weird situations call and have it documented so they know it covers you and future drivers!

as a shipt shopper in a big city metro...I had a super weird thing happen to me about a week ago. it was an almost $400 order, it was 42 bags of hot chips(3different kinda) 10 family size bags of Skittles, 3 cases of red bull, 5bags of sour patch kids and 10 boxes of protein bars..thought it was a weird combo but not far from my store and good pay, and I was shopping another order. got to the address provided and the resident had no idea who ordered it, large family home tried calling to see if it was for a party. person stopped responding to me and didn't answer the phone after texting thru the shop. so it ended up all getting donated... I've had no address orders just a street, and someone forget to change the phone number to a hacked account and the lady said I didn't order anything, sent her a screenshot of the address she said not my address. so they're trying alot of stuff, but forgetting little things to actually get the order to them.

I knew what was happening and reached out to shipt- they told me to shop the items 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ so I did and then at the drop off the lady told me her account had been hacked 🙄

hmm it should never say 0 units. should be at least 1 unit. A unit is the quantity of an item.. so for example say the order says 1 item (3 units), then its 3 of that 1 item.

Oh Lord, that Shipt order🤦‍♀️ That's one of the things I like about Spark shop orders. No customer interaction at all. If an items out, customer either already chose substitutes, allows shopper to choose, or it just refunds the item. Also there's no check out. You just scan the QR code at self check out, bag the stuff, and split.

The Shipt scam is happening here in MD as well. And yes very similar MO. Always one high dollar item and the customer basically stalks the shopper to see when they are getting there. The one time it happened to me they did not leave an apt number so the address looked like it was a house then they suddenly told me it was an apt like twelve seconds before I got there and to leave on the steps…I was VERY direct with them thinking it was sketchy as hell but not that it was the scam it has turned out to be I thought they were going to rip me off so I took like 4 Timestamp pics and a video lol. They didn’t rip me off but the next day thru a FB Shipt page in my area they listed an address being used for the scam and it was the same one I delivered to. Mine didn’t have a high dollar item just lots of drinks and snacks. Higher end drinks. Soooo I never take orders with the high dollar single item. I never took them Even before it was a known scam because my thought was if the store is out of this one high dollar item then the whole order it gets canceled and I don’t wanna waste my time

Shipt should be following instacart's lead because instacart's process is if an item is above a certan amount like electronics especally a switch they classfy it as high value items where you need to sign through your app on your phone or present photo id if you do not have access to your app as a prevention method and thats why it's hard to commit instacart fraud

I don't really care too much about the stickers or bags, but when doing instacart. it drives me nuts if they bag the stuff. most do such a terrible job. I try everything I can to do self checkout for that reason

Nope not true. I have done shipt prepaid at different locations multiple times no issues when they scan bar code or anything. The only thing is the isle numbers will be incorrect due to different location.

I think that shipt order with the Nintendo was fraud. I only know because I’m a part of the same Long Island shipt shopper group. I’ve been getting those types of orders with electronics and bikes. Also the fact that stop was given doesn’t mean much. It’s not his credit card.

I agree! I was reading a lot on Reddit on these shipt fraud orders and they all are consistent with tipping very good and asking how much longer it should take to get to the house. And if I remember right, the guy asked Lou while they were in target still. They ask because they want the order delivered before the shipt fraud department catches on and cancels order.
